§ 92.99. PENALTY.

  • (A) Curfew. Any person violating §§ 92.01 through 92.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as a class 3 misdemeanor as provided for by the statutes or laws of the state.

    (B) Spirituous liquor regulations involving persons under the legal drinking age.
    (1) Any person who violates any part of §§ 92.15 through 92.19 is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor unless another classification is prescribed.
    (2) Any person who violates § 92.17(A), (C) or (D) is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
    (3) Any person who violates § 92.17(E) who is charged with violating A.R.S. § 28-1321, shall be punished as provided therein, and not otherwise.
