§ 96.99. PENALTY.

Upon conviction of each violation of any provision of this chapter not otherwise provided for, the person so convicted shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500 or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period not to exceed six months, or both.
