§ 52.045. NOTICE REQUIRED.

Any person, firm or corporation who desires to discontinue the use of domestic water service shall give notice to the Clerk in advance of intended termination of service. Responsibility for water service consumed extends to the time of departure or to the time specified for departure, whichever occurs last.
