§ 73.01. PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to ensure and promote the safety and welfare of the residents and visitors of the city who whish to drive or ride off-road vehicles, four-wheel drive vehicles and any other vehicle on undeveloped land within this city’s limits.
