§ 113.13. INJUNCTION.

A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually operated business without a valid license or in violation of § 113.12 is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations. These violations shall be punishable as a class one misdemeanor pursuant to § 10.99 of this Code. Each day a sexually oriented business operates is a separate offense or violation.
