§ 152.240. PURPOSE.

The purpose of this subchapter is to establish minimum standards for the provisions of adequate off-street parking, loading and maneuvering spaces for the uses permitted by this chapter in a manner which is safe, efficient, convenient and visually attractive. These regulations shall apply to new construction and expansion of or changes to existing uses permitted by this chapter. The regulations set forth in this chapter shall supplement any zoning district regulations set forth elsewhere in this chapter.
